About Al


Al’s journey in the automotive industry began the day he was born. His father, older brother and nephew all have decades in the business.

He spent 10 years with Ford of Canada in Parts Sales, vehicle sales & distribution, and fleet management.

He then spent 11 years at Honda/Acura as a District Sales Manager. He also spent several years at Hondas’ Head Office managing dealer buy/sells, dealership facility image programs, implementing sales incentive programs and planning/executing annual national dealer meetings for over 600 people.

All this was followed with 17 years at Subaru Canada, during which time he added to this wealth of experience in sales, managing dealer buy/sells, dealer facility image programs and planning and executing annual national dealer meetings for over 300 persons. During this time Al also gained in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of dealer legal agreements.
